Own career counselor
Through MyPath you get your own career counselor. The person in question has extensive experience in recruitment and knows the labor market very well and will be a useful sparring partner for you. Ongoing feedback is an important part of the program. While you are on assignment, your career counselor has a regular dialogue with the client about how things are going. Together, you make a plan for further development and what should be the next step in your career.
Courses and e-learning
As a participant in MyPath, you get access to our e-learning portal PowerYOU with several thousand courses. The courses cover a number of topics such as Word or Excel. You can also learn more about, for example, communication and problem solving or immerse yourself in the most in-demand programming languages such as SQL, JAVA and C #. You will also find certification courses in project management, HR or data management to name a few. This is how we equip you on your way to your dream job. The more you can, the more attractive you are in the job market.
